The journey by S-Bahn from Hauptbahnhof (central station) takes ca. 25 minutes.
From Hauptbahnhof take the S-Bahn to Friedrichstrasse
(any city train heading east, upper level).
From Friedrichstrasse take the S1 towards Wannsee/Potsdam to
Botanischer Garten
(at Friedrichstrasse the S1 runs underground, so you have to go down to the lower level).
From Botanischer Garten there are only a few steps to go...
